Every so often it's good to really reflect on where, in reality, is your training plan. Changes, misses, injuries can make the reality very different than the written plan.

Revision: June meso cycle,: 1. shorten runs and add inline skate -- low impact recovery that addresses strengthening glutes. 2. shorten long bike and add CompuTrainer muscular endurance work. 3. Work on the trigger points in my calves. 4. Shorten long swims, press turnover and focus on timing. 5. Review with an eye toward extending through July or switching back to long slow work..
